Bill seeks to lower cost of mobile phone services

Ridon (Party-list, Kabataan) has filed a bill seeking to lower the cost of mobile phone services and also mandate the telecommunication companies to file a petition with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) whenever price adjustments on phone service fees are proposed.
