As reported in the late news program of the local channel this week, a 14-year old girl was arrested in the Queen City of the South or Cebu City for allegedly selling an illegal drug Methamphetamine Hydrochloride or locally known as SHABU. This is a good news.  The Senate approves ISKOLAR NG BAYAN ACT OF 2014.  If enacted into law, it would grant of scholarship to the State Universities and Colleges (SUC) of choice of the top 10 high school students of their graduating class. Recently, it was no less than the world boxing icon Sarangani Representative Manny Pacquiao who divulged such information that Mommy D is now on the marrying stage again. The question now is would Mommy D have no legal impediment to marry her boyfriend. Accordingly, Mommy D is previously married to another man.  And this man is not even Manny's father.  As a matter of fact, Mommy D and Manny's father were just common-law spouses or commonly known as live-in partners because of Mommy D's previous marriage.
