On Senior Citizen Arrested on Illegal Gambling

Pano po pag Senior citizen na po ang nahuli gambling (tong-it) same din po ba ang procedure??:


This is to answer this question on a Senior Citizen caught in the act of playing a tong-it.

Same procedure shall be applied to those apprehended who were 18 years old above.  However, a Senior Citizen, who was above 70 years old at the time of the commission, shall be given a mitigating circumstance.

    Goodeve po, tanong ko lang kung anong gagawin kung yung boyfriend ko po ay napagbintangan lang na nasali sa kasong illegal sabong. naka attend na po sya ng 4x sa hearing with his PAO peru ni minsan wala po dun sa hearing yung naglista o yung complainant.. ngayung saturday po is may hearing daw po sila with witness na to prove na hindi sya kasali sa illegal sabong. ang tanong ko po : 1) kung matalo sya sa kaso tapos maka pag pyansa sya. makukulong pa po ba sya? 2.) kung manalo naman sya sa kaso makukuha ba yung pyansa ? 3.) kung manalo sya sa kaso anong pwedeng ilaban dun sa taong nagbintang sa kanya? at 4.) bakit nung 3 hearing wala sa korte yung complainant o yung witness sa kabila? wala po silang pinakitang ebedensya na kasama sa illegal na sugal yung boyfriend ko. yung PAO lang nya at yung judge ang merun?     Good day po. I hope this blogspot still active kasi nakakatulong po kayo in any ways sa mga taong hindi bihasa sa batas (like me).

    May ongoing case po yung kapatid ko dahil sa illegal gambling pero nakalagay sa affidavit ng mga pulis na bystander siya (which is yun po talaga naman yung nangyari)

    Gagraduate po siya that time kaya sumunod kami sa proseso.
    Now na may work na po siya, at ongoing pa din ung case after 6 months.
    Di siya naregular sa work dahil sa ongoing case :(

    Gusto ko lang po maconfirm if ganoon po talaga:
    1) Ground for resignation siya sa work kahit ongoing pa ung case?
    2) May chance pa po ba siya magapply sa ibang work abroad?
    3) Gaano po katagal maresolve yung kaso para matapos na yung pagaabsent niya sa work?

Cager Danny Ildefonso Filed a Violation of Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009

As reported in The Philippine Star which was published in the website of ABS-CBN, a dance instructor and part- time events organizer was arrested for taking pictures of Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player Danny Ildefenso naked and taking a shower at the Meralco gym in Pasig City, Tuesday, October 21, 2014. Anthony Arnold Trinidad, 46, tried to escape after Ildefonso, who plays for Meralco Botls, noticed him but he was cornered by Meralco security guards. Ildefonso said that he heard a clicking sound while taking the shower.  When he peeked through the curtain, he saw Trinidad kneeling on the floor and taking pictures.
