Aquino has signed into law Republic Act Number 10642, an act strengthening consumer protection in the purchase of brand new motor vehicles. This act shall be known as the “Philippine Lemon Law” . So, what is in store here in the Philippine Lemon Law? As the law suggests, it basically strengthens the protection for the consumer in the purchase of brand new motor vehicles.
