A photo taken from google.com From the very webpage of the Land Transportation Office or LTO, here is the summary of the Revised Schedule of Fines and Penalties for Violations of Laws, Rules and Regulations Governing Land Transportation as espoused in the Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01 of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC). Motor Vehicle Registration

Considering that my car's registration is about to expire, I searched on the website of the Land Transportation Office the processes on how to renew my registration.  As I explored the said website, this is what I have discovered.  This is the Q and A of the motor vehicle registration right from the webpage of the LTO.  I find it very useful and hence, I copied the same to be shared for you guys.  I do not own it.  Credits are due to the men behind of the LTO. Penalties of Driving Without a License

Just today, February 6, 2014, Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III renews his driver's license, two days before he turns 54, at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Tayuman, Manila (Sourced from Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines webpage, February 6, 2014). The act of our President only shows that everybody is ought to have a driver's license and also to have it renewed.  No one is above the law.  Thus, even if he already occupies the highest position of the land, it does not mean that he is exempt from complying the laws.
