Could Mommy Dionisia Marry Her 40-Year Old Boyfriend?

Aquino III but it is because of the rumor that she plans to marry her 40-year old boyfriend. Recently, it was no less than the world boxing icon Sarangani Representative Manny Pacquiao who divulged such information that Mommy D is now on the marrying stage again. The question now is would Mommy D have no legal impediment to marry her boyfriend. Accordingly, Mommy D is previously married to another man.  And this man is not even Manny's father.  As a matter of fact, Mommy D and Manny's father were just common-law spouses or commonly known as live-in partners because of Mommy D's previous marriage. ...

When a man and woman, who are capacitated to marry each other, live exclusively with each other as husband and wife WITHOUT the benefit of marriage or under a VOID MARRIAGE, their wages and salaries shall be owned by them in EQUAL SHARES and the property acquired by both of them through their work or industry shall be governed by the RULES ON CO-OWNERSHIP.
